Centre of Excellence in project management was established in AAACET in the year 2018. Centre of Excellence is equipped with PRIMAVERA software which is extensively used for project management. Primavera is an enterprise project portfolio management software. It includes project management, scheduling, risk analysis, opportunity management, resource management, collaboration and control capabilities, and integrates with other enterprise software such as Oracle and SAP’s ERP systems.

It is used in the Engineering, Construction, Aerospace, Defense, Utilities and Oil & Gas industries. In addition, it is the tool of choice for power users, such as schedulers and project managers, in industries where detailed, fast, accurate scheduling and the critical path method are crucial to the planning, execution and success of a project. The knowledge gained in the lab eventually equips the students to provide quality service once employed in the industry.
