The NSS Unit of AAACET, in collaboration with the District Election Department, organized a Voter Awareness Program on 22 January 2026 at the Drawing Hall, Oxford Block, under the theme “My India My Vote – Indian Citizens at the Heart of Democracy.” The program featured competitions in Elocution, Drawing, and Essay Writing, with enthusiastic student participation reflecting the values of democracy and responsible citizenship. Mr. M. Rajapurusothaman, Student Coordinator (I Year CSE), welcomed the gathering and emphasized the importance of the program in fostering awareness among youth, while Dr.K.Karuppasamy, AP/Tamil, delivered a motivational address inspiring students to recognize their role in strengthening democracy. The event concluded with all participants taking the Voters Day Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to uphold democratic principles, and the program was coordinated by Mr. S. Balamurugan, NSS Program Officer.
