An industrial visit was organized for the II year students on 13.03.2026 with a total of 41 participants. The visit aimed to provide practical exposure to industrial operations and enhance students’ understanding of real-world manufacturing and printing processes.

The students visited Penguin Apparels Private Limited, located at Kanniseri, Sivakasi. During the visit, students observed various stages of garment production, including fabric processing, stitching, quality control, and packaging. The technical staff explained the workflow, machinery used, and quality assurance practices followed in the industry.

The second visit was to Nadar Press Limited, Sivakasi. Here, students gained insights into modern printing technologies, offset printing processes, and large-scale production techniques. The industry experts elaborated on printing methods, color management, and safety measures implemented in the plant.

Overall, the industrial visit was highly informative and beneficial. It helped bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application, giving students valuable exposure to industrial environments and processes.
