| Description about the Programme | The NSS Unit of AAA College of Engineering and Technology (AAACET), in association with Sivakasi Pasumai Mandram and the Corporation of Sivakasi, successfully organized a Plastic Cleaning Drive on 22-08-2025 at the Chinnakulam Bund. The environmental initiative commenced with an official pledge, where the participating NSS volunteers solemnly vowed to protect nature and actively reduce plastic consumption. Following the pledge, the volunteers systematically cleared plastic waste across the entire bund and bank area, successfully restoring the cleanliness of the water body. Through their field actions, the volunteers also raised vital environmental awareness regarding waste management among the local community. The program was coordinated by Physical Director Mr.M.Veerukkannan and NSS Coordinator Mr.S.Balamurugan. |
