The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science successfully conducted a five-day Value Added Course titled “ARIVOM AI” for all Second Year AI & DS students from 22nd to 27th June 2026 at Sir C. V. Raman Hall. The programme was led by Mr. Ponmani Raja, Technical Architect, Full Stack Developer and AI Trainer from Accenture Pvt. Ltd., who delivered industry-oriented sessions on Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, prompt engineering, AI tools, ethical AI and emerging career opportunities. Through interactive lectures, hands-on activities, and real-world demonstrations, students gained practical knowledge and enhanced their technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. The programme concluded successfully with positive feedback from participants and special prizes were awarded to students for designing the best front-page designs. Overall, “ARIVOM AI” effectively bridged the gap between academic learning and industry expectations while strengthening students’ readiness for future AI careers.
