AAA College of Engineering and Technology successfully hosted a Pooled Campus Recruitment Drive by SPK Power Infra Pvt. Ltd., Chennai, on 08 September 2026 (Tuesday) for final-year students of the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) and Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE) departments.

As a pooled recruitment initiative, the drive provided a common platform for students from AAA College of Engineering and Technology, Mepco Schlenk Engineering College, and Sri Vidhya College of Engineering and Technology to participate in the recruitment process and explore career opportunities with SPK Power Infra Pvt. Ltd.

The recruitment process was conducted by Mr. M. Sivamanikandan, HR, and consisted of an Aptitude and Technical Written Test, followed by a Technical Viva. The participating students demonstrated good enthusiasm, active involvement, and commendable performance throughout the selection process. A total of 9 students of our college were successfully selected through the drive.

The drive was effectively coordinated with the support of Placement Director Mr. J. V. Saravana Lal, Placement Officer Dr. G. Jayahari Prabhu, the Placement Coordinators of the concerned departments, and the Placement Team members. The Management members of our college and the Principal, Dr. M. Sekar, extended their valuable support and encouragement towards the successful conduct of the recruitment drive.

The successful completion of this pooled campus drive reflects the institution’s continued efforts to strengthen industry–institution collaboration, enhance employability, and create diverse career opportunities for students. The institution congratulates all the selected students and wishes them success in their professional careers.
