Objective of the Programme

                 The objective of the Prompt Injection CTF 2026 programme is to provide participants with practical exposure to AI security, prompt injection vulnerabilities, and responsible AI practices through an interactive Capture-the-Flag competition. The programme aims to develop participants’ ability to identify weaknesses in AI systems, analyze model behavior, apply logical problem-solving techniques, and understand methods for designing safer and more secure AI applications.

Programme Overview

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering, in association with the CSI Student Chapter, organized the technical event “Prompt Injection -CTF” on 11th September 2026.

The event was conducted with the blessings of Shri P. Panjurajan, Founder of AAA Group of Educational Institutions, and with the support of the management, faculty members, and student coordinators.

The programme focused on AI security, prompt injection vulnerabilities, and responsible use of Large Language Models (LLMs). Participants interacted with AI-based challenges, identified vulnerabilities, solved security tasks, and captured hidden flags.

The event provided students with practical exposure to AI security and cybersecurity concepts while improving their problem-solving, critical-thinking, teamwork, and technical skills.

The event encouraged participants to apply theoretical AI concepts in a practical environment, helping them understand real-world challenges in securing modern AI systems.

Conclusion

The Prompt Injection CTF successfully provided participants with hands-on experience in AI security and prompt injection concepts. The event improved their problem-solving, teamwork, and critical-thinking skills while creating awareness about the secure and responsible use of AI systems.
