The Department of Civil Engineering organized a certificate course cum workshop on “AUTOCAD 3D FOR CIVIL ENGINEERING STRUCTURES” from 04-02-2025 to 08-02-2025 in CAD lab, Cambridge Block, AAACET. Mr.S.Keerthipriyan, AP/Civil  & Dr.J.Christiarani, AP/Civil, were the resource persons for the course.  The course was offered to second-year B.E. Civil Engineering Department students and aimed to provide a comprehensive understanding of AutoCAD 3D tools and techniques essential for modelling civil engineering structures. Over the five-day program, students gained hands-on experience in creating 3D models, visualizing structures, and understanding real-world applications in civil engineering design.

Participants actively engaged in all sessions, clarified their doubts during the question-and-answer sessions, and demonstrated keen interest in learning. The certification course concluded with participants sharing their feedback, highlighting the practical benefits and improved proficiency in AutoCAD 3D.
