AAA College of Engineering and Technology successfully conducted a Campus Recruitment Drive in association with Vertical Solutions, Chennai, on 04 September 2026 (Friday) for the final-year students of the Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), and Mechanical Engineering departments.
The recruitment drive provided students with valuable career opportunities in leading manufacturing sectors, including BYD – EV Car Manufacturing, Tata Electronics – Electronics Manufacturing, and Foxconn – Mobile Manufacturing. The recruitment process commenced with a Pre-Placement Talk, followed by an Aptitude Test and Group Discussion. The students actively participated in all stages of the selection process and demonstrated good interest, confidence, and enthusiasm throughout the drive.
The recruitment process was coordinated by Mr. Sabari, HR, from Vertical Solutions, Chennai. Around 60 students were selected for employment opportunities with salary packages ranging from 2.5 LPA to 3.7 LPA.
The successful conduct of the drive was supported by the Placement Director Mr.J.V.Saravana Lal and Placement Officer, Dr. G. Jayahari Prabhu, the Placement Coordinators from the concerned departments, and the Placement Team members, who coordinated and facilitated the recruitment activities. The management and faculty extended their support in ensuring the smooth and effective conduct of the drive.
As a mark of the students’ achievement, Dr. M. Sekar, Principal, AAA College of Engineering and Technology, presented the offer letters to the selected students and appreciated their performance and active participation in the recruitment process. He congratulated the selected students and encouraged them to make the best use of the career opportunities provided through campus placements.
The successful completion of the recruitment drive reflects the institution’s continued commitment to enhancing students’ employability, strengthening industry–institution interaction, and providing meaningful career opportunities to its students.
