The Electrical and Electronics Engineering department organised a five-day value added course on PC Essential from 23-06-2025 to 27-06-2025. This course aimed to impart knowledge about the fundamentals of computer hardware and its operating system to the students.

The resource persons for this course were Mr.Karthikayan B & Mr.Tenis Perinbam Rajan S from iTech Academy, Tirunelveli, who shared their vast expertise in computer hardware and its operating system fundamentals.

The students actively participated in the practical sessions, interactive discussions, and project-based learning activities. The training covered various topics, including Computer Fundamentals & Basics of Power System in a computer, RAM & ROM, Disk Partitioning & Computer Management. The hands-on approach ensured a strong foundation in theoretical concepts and practical skills.

The PC Essential course provided comprehensive training on computer systems’ hardware and software aspects, blending theoretical knowledge with hands-on practical sessions. This course became crucial for the students aspiring to pursue IT support, networking, and system administration careers.
