The Placement Cell of AAA College of Engineering and Technology organized an important meeting for all department placement coordinators and third-year students across all disciplines. The meeting was held on 8th April 2026 at 3:30 PM in the Kamaraj Auditorium.

This session was conducted with the objective of guiding students towards successful campus placements and preparing them for upcoming recruitment opportunities. The meeting emphasized the importance of early preparation, skill development, and active participation in placement activities.

The following key topics were discussed during the session:               

• Upcoming Companies & Placement Opportunities (2027 Batch):
  Students were informed about the expected companies and recruitment trends for the 2027 graduating batch. 
• Placement Training Activities:
  Details about structured training programs, including aptitude, communication skills, and technical sessions, were shared.
• Mock Interview Sessions:
  The importance of mock interviews was highlighted to help students gain confidence and improve their performance in real interviews.
• Naukri Assessment Preparation:
  Guidance was provided on preparing for online assessments and improving performance in competitive recruitment tests.
• Coding Practice Platforms:
  Students were encouraged to regularly practice coding problems using platforms like LeetCode and HackerRank to strengthen their problem-solving skills.

The meeting served as a valuable platform to align students with placement expectations and motivate them to actively engage in training activities. The Placement Cell emphasized consistent effort, discipline, and skill enhancement as key factors for achieving placement success.
