The Department of ECE of AAA College of Engineering and Technology in association with IETE Students forum organized  *“ECE Association Inauguration and Guest lecture on  Enhancing Research Visibility through Effective Scientific Writing”* on 15.07.2026. The Programme was conducted at Thomas Alva Edison Hall, Cambridge block AAACET.  Ms.K.Rajakaleeswari III  year ECE welcomed the gathering and Ms.M.Santhiya III ECE  has given introduction about the chief guest.   

Dr.B.Padmanaban, Professor and Head/ECE  gave felicitation address. Office bearers for ECE association were introduced by association coordinator Mr.C.Shanmugaraja,AP/ ECE and association activities for the academic year 2026-2027 were planned.

The resource person highlighted the importance of clear, concise, and well-structured scientific writing in improving the visibility and impact of research. Key topics included manuscript preparation, selecting suitable journals, ethical publishing practices, citation management, and strategies to increase research reach through indexing and academic networking platforms. The session was interactive, with participants actively engaging in discussions and clarifying their queries. The lecture enhanced participants understanding of effective scientific writing and motivated them to publish high-quality research in reputed journals.

Ms. Priyanka II year ECE gave vote of thanks. Finally the programme ended with National anthem.
