The ECE Department organized a programme for observing the Partition Horrors Remembrance Day 2024 on 14-08-2024 @ 3.00PM in the Thomas Alva Edison Hall by screening the video script, curated by the National School of Drama (NSD). The script of the play is designed to educate and raise awareness among students about the events of Partition, the impact it had on millions of lives, and the importance of remembering this chapter of our history.efore screening Dr.T.Senthil HOD/ECE, briefed about the happening during the India – Pakistan partition and how the millions of people suffered. All the III Year ECE students viewed the play with the link provided by the UGC. The play screened with the English subtitle and the students also entered into the state of agony by being aware of the undue incidents that happened during the partition.
