Faculty Orientation Program on CodeTantra Online Learning Platform on 06-06-2026

The Training and Placement Cell of AAA College of Engineering and Technology organized a Faculty Orientation Program on the CodeTantra Online Learning Platform on 06.06.2026 at the Sir Visvesvaraya Seminar Hall, Cambridge Block. The program was conducted by Mr. P. Sai Krishna, Business Development Manager at CodeTantra, who introduced faculty members to the institution’s digital learning ecosystem and its effective integration into teaching and learning.

The orientation covered faculty access to the platform, course management, creation and monitoring of assignments, coding laboratory management, online assessments, and student performance analytics. Faculty members were guided on tracking student progress, monitoring coding practice, evaluating assessment outcomes, identifying learning gaps, and generating performance reports. The session also highlighted the platform’s features for continuous evaluation, personalized feedback, and outcome-based learning.

Through live demonstrations and interactive discussions, faculty members gained practical experience in using CodeTantra to manage courses, supervise student learning, conduct assessments, and improve classroom engagement. The program also encouraged faculty to enhance their own technical skills by exploring the platform’s learning resources, coding environments, and industry-oriented content for continuous professional development.

Overall, the Faculty Orientation Program strengthened the faculty’s ability to effectively utilize digital learning technologies, monitor students’ academic progress, and deliver technology-enabled education aligned with current industry expectations.
