| Description about the Programme | In observance of Education Development Day, the NSS Unit of AAACET proudly organized a commemorative event on July 15, 2026. This significant occasion marked the 124th birth anniversary of Bharat Ratna K.Kamarajar, a visionary leader whose contributions profoundly transformed the educational landscape of Tamil Nadu. The NSS volunteers commenced the program by extending a warm welcome to all distinguished guests, faculty members, and participants. Dr.C.Senthil Kumar, Head of the Department of EEE, led the tributes by offering heartfelt floral respect to the portrait of Bharat Ratna K.Kamarajar. Following the tribute, Dr.B.Padmanaban, Head of the Department of ECE, delivered an insightful address highlighting Kamarajar’s remarkable historical journey and his landmark achievements in the state’s education sector. To mark the significance of the day, students actively participated in competitive events, including an elocution competition and a drawing competition, showcasing their talents and reflections on the leader’s legacy.
