AAA College of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous), through its Department of Training and Placement, successfully organized an inspiring Career Guidance Programme on 17 July 2026 titled “The Employability Code: Cracking What Recruiters Really Look For.”
The programme featured Mr. Rajesh Sharma, Founder of Stratevo, as the Chief Guest. During his highly engaging and insightful session, he shared valuable perspectives on current industry expectations, employability skills, resume building, interview preparation, professional mindset, and the essential qualities recruiters seek in today’s competitive job market. His practical insights motivated students to enhance their career readiness and confidently prepare for future employment opportunities.
The event was organized under the visionary guidance of the college management and the esteemed leadership of Dr. P. Ganesan, Correspondent, and Dr. M. Sekar, Principal. The programme was coordinated by Dr. G. Jayahari Prabhu, Training and Placement Officer, along with the Department of Training and Placement.
Students from II, III, and IV Year actively participated in the programme and benefited from the expert guidance provided during the session. The smooth coordination of the sessions for the II, III, and IV Year students was efficiently carried out by Dr. Meenakshi Sundaram, IQAC Dean, with the support of Dr. Anand, Head of the Department – Science & Humanities, Dr. Senthil Kumar, Head of the Department – Electrical & Electronics Engineering, and Dr. Elamparithi, Head of the Department – Computer Science and Engineering (Cyber Security).
The programme concluded with a heartfelt Vote of Thanks delivered by Mrs. Gajalakshmi, who expressed sincere gratitude to the management, the Chief Guest, faculty members, coordinators, and students for their enthusiastic participation and contribution to the success of the event.
