The Department of Training and Placement, AAA College of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous), successfully organized a six-days Placement Training Programme in association with Beeja Academy from 13 July 2026 to 18 July 2026 for the final-year students (Batch 2023–2027).
The comprehensive training programme was designed to enhance students’ employability skills and prepare them for campus recruitment. Expert trainers from Beeja Academy conducted interactive sessions covering all the essential aspects of placement preparation.
The training modules included:
- Aptitude and Logical Reasoning
- Verbal Ability and Professional Communication
- Resume Building and Career Readiness
- Group Discussion Techniques and Interview Skills
- Placement Preparation and Mock Recruitment Drives
Daily assessments, practice sessions, group activities, and mock interviews enabled students to evaluate their progress and strengthen their problem-solving, communication, and interview skills.
The programme was organized under the visionary guidance of the college management and the esteemed leadership of Dr. P. Ganesan, Correspondent, and Dr. M. Sekar, Principal. The programme was coordinated by Dr. G. Jayahari Prabhu, Training and Placement Officer, along with the Department of Training and Placement.
Students from all engineering disciplines actively participated in the programme and benefited from the industry-oriented training. The sessions were conducted across various departmental venues with the support of faculty coordinators and Heads of Departments, ensuring smooth execution throughout the programme.
The Placement Training Programme concluded successfully with enthusiastic participation from the students, who gained valuable knowledge, improved confidence, and enhanced placement readiness. The college extends its sincere appreciation to the trainers of Beeja Academy for delivering an engaging and impactful training programme that equipped students with the essential skills required to excel in campus recruitment and build successful professional careers.
