The Department of Civil Engineering organized a Webinar on “Power BI” on 16.07.2026 from 11.00 am to 1.00 pm at the Thomas Alva Edison Hall, Cambridge Block. The session was conducted by Mr. S. Arul Jothi, Senior Technical Consultant, Infinity PMC Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. The webinar was attended by faculty members and students. During the session, the resource person explained the basics of Power BI, including data visualization, data modeling, interactive dashboards, and reporting. He also demonstrated how Power BI can be used in Civil Engineering and project management to analyze data and make better decisions. The webinar helped the participants understand the importance of data visualization and improved their knowledge of modern digital tools used in the engineering field.
