| Description about the Programme | On August 10 and 11, 2026, the NSS Unit and the Anti-Drug Club of AAACET jointly organized a two-day Drug Awareness Program on the college campus to promote a drug-free society. On Day 1 (10-08-2026), Dr.B.Padmanaban, Head of the Department of ECE, inaugurated the campaign, administered the mass anti-drug pledge, and urged students to avoid substance abuse to focus on their careers, followed by Mr.E.Manikandan, Physical Education Staff, who explained the features of the “Drug Free TN” mobile application for anonymously registering complaints regarding illegal drug supply and sales. On Day 2 (11-08-2026), students delivered insightful speeches on drug awareness, alongside an address by Chief Guest Dr.K.Karuppasamy, Assistant Professor of Tamil. The two-day initiative successfully reinforced AAACET’s commitment to student well-being and empowered attendees to actively contribute to a safe and healthy environment.
