65% above marks in Class XII
65% & above in Graduation

Cohort 2 – HCL First Careers
HCL First Careers program for Fresher Engineers is the launch pad for entry-level job roles in HCL Technologies. This fee based 360-degree training program for IT Jobs prepares Engineers for a Global IT Career. By providing practical exposure and imparting the right knowledge, the program aims to transform young graduates into Global IT professionals. Students who successfully complete the training program are employed in HCL Technologies.

Program Details
Program Duration : 6 months & 3 months Class Room Training
3 months Professional Practice Term with a stipend of INR 3.5k to 5k per month.
Candidate to have required IT infrastructure for Virtual training session. Requirement will be shared during pre placement session.
Starting Salary: INR 2.75 L per annum

Program Fee: INR 1.5L + applicable taxes

Eligibility
Graduate Engineers with B.E / B. Tech / MCA with no prior experience or up to 2 years of experience

Consolidated Marks Memo is required for all candidates.
Candidates should bring a certificate / letter from their respective Autonomous Colleges / University mentioning the CGPA to % conversion. (The same is not required if % of Marks / conversion formula is mentioned in the Marksheet)
