As a Part of academic curriculum we went industrial visit on 22-08-2019(Thursday) to KAYNES Technologies, Mysore, Karnataka.

In KAYNES Technologies, Mysore, Karnataka, they gave a brief explanation on Design manufacturing, Infrastructure and TQM. We visited the manufacturing places where a micro-controller and some electronic products are manufactured where we could observe the steps where a the electronic products were made and got an extended knowledge about the levels of process in manufacturing and testing high reliability PCA’s, box build, products and system Integration services, Military wire/cable Harness for defence and Aerospace Electronics and all other Industrial Segments.

The exposure gave us the modern infrastructure, with exclusive line of green manufacturing, having a large range of SMD & THD boards with latest packaging of QFPS, multiple BGAs, LGAs/QFNs, and MBGAs, Fine chips ICs, 042 / 0201 / 1005 chips, wire/chip bonding and provide new product development services from NPI to volume manufacture. Thus their levels include automotive embedding, gas soldering and manual soldering of IC chips then they unfinished component was fitted with the display and which was then let in testing field and finally they are packaged. It gave good knowledge on embedded system.
