The Infoziant Inauguration Ceremony at AAA College of Engineering and Technology (AAACET) was successfully held on 30.01.2025 at the Smart Skills: Aptitude & Reasoning Bootcamp on 4th August 2025, running until 14th August 2025. This 10-day intensive training program is designed to equip students with critical skills essential for campus placements and competitive exams. Focused on aptitude, logical reasoning, and effective communication, the program aims to sharpen problem-solving abilities, improve time management, and boost verbal and non-verbal communication skills. Through a combination of interactive workshops, real-time mock tests, and personalized feedback, students are exposed to practical training that mirrors the actual recruitment process. Expert trainers Mr. Ujjwal (Aptitude) and Ms. Gayathri (Communication) provide hands-on experience with complex reasoning exercises, quantitative aptitude, data interpretation, and verbal reasoning. Special emphasis is placed on improving critical thinking, decision-making, and teamwork skills, which are vital for both placement interviews and competitive exams.
The bootcamp includes daily assessments and quizzes to track progress and ensure that participants are continuously improving. Students also participate in group discussions and mock interviews, which help them enhance their communication skills, build confidence, and adapt to real-world professional scenarios. Furthermore, there will be dedicated sessions focusing on time management, stress handling, and interview techniques, ensuring that students are well-prepared for the challenges they will face in the recruitment process. The program also offers students one-on-one guidance and mentorship, helping them identify their strengths and areas for improvement.
The event was attended by AAACET’s leadership, including Dr. P. Karvannan (Chairman & Secretary), Dr. P. Ganesan (Correspondent), Dr. K. Vignesh Kumar (Joint Secretary), Dr. M. Sekar (Principal), Mr. J. Saravanalal (Placement Director), and Dr. Jayahariprabhu (TPO). Their active participation underscored the importance of such initiatives in enhancing students’ professional readiness. By the end of the bootcamp, students will have not only improved their aptitude and reasoning skills but also gained valuable insights into the corporate world, helping them become more confident and job-ready for the future. This initiative highlights AAACET’s commitment to providing a holistic education that prepares students for success in both academic and professional arenas.
