Event Details

The Innovative Pedagogies for Outcome-Based Teaching and Learning-2025 at AAA College of Engineering and Technology, Sivakasi brought together 40 Faculty teams. The event was held on December 22^th & 27^th, 2025, and was conducted offline. The enthusiastic presentation and innovative outcome-based teaching and Learning method presented by the Facilitators.

Objectives of the Event

1. To familiarize faculty members withinnovative teaching–learning pedagogies aligned withOutcome-Based Education (OBE).
2. To enhance understanding ofCourse Outcomes (COs), Program Outcomes (POs), and Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs) and their effective mapping.
3. To promote the use ofstudent-centric, active, and experiential learning strategies for improved learning outcomes.
4. To integrateassessment and evaluation techniques that effectively measure attainment of learning outcomes.
5. To encourage the adoption of technology-enabled teaching tools and digital platforms in outcome-based instruction.
6. To share best practices, case studies, and real-time classroom strategies for implementing OBE across disciplines.
7. To develop faculty competence indesigning outcome-oriented lesson plans, rubrics, and assessment frameworks.
8. To align teaching practices withNBA, NAAC, and accreditation requirements.
9. To foster a culture ofcontinuous improvement in teaching and learning processes.
10. To empower educators torethink teaching approaches and redefine student learning outcomes.
