Our proud EEE and IT students as a team called “Jupiter-2025” have successfully participated in the Grand Finale of Smart India Hackathon 2025 (Software Edition) – Grand Finale, held on December 8 & 9, 2025.
Venue: Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering and Technology, Puducherry.

Problem statement: Increasing Energy Efficiency in Iron ore manufacturing
Organization: Ministry of Steels. (MoS)
The above students along with the mentor actively participated in the hackathon for 36 hours continuously and competed to solve the problem statement given by the Ministry of Steels.
This hackathon gave the new experience of learning for our students and made the remarkable day in their career.
This participation from our institution inspired the student and faculty community might think to be a part of such a hackathon.
