The NSS unit of AAACET commemorated Constitution Day with profound enthusiasm and respect on November 26, 2024. The observance aimed to honor the foundational document of India and deepen understanding of its principles among the college community. The day commenced with a heartfelt tribute led by Dr.J.Dharmaraja, HoD – Science & Humanities, who offered floral tributes to Dr.B.R.Ambedkar, the principal architect of the Indian Constitution. Following the tribute, NSS Volunteers deliver a series of insightful speeches. Volunteers delved into various aspects, from the profound ideals enshrined in its Preamble to the detailed provisions within its Schedules. They elucidated the significance of fundamental rights, the guiding principles of directive principles of state policy, and the overarching framework that governs the nation. The comprehensive speeches provided students and staff with profound understanding of citizens’ rights and duties, the nation’s governance structure, and India’s core democratic values. The program was coordinated by NSS Coordinator Mr.S.Balamurugan.
