INAUGURATION OF ASSOCIATION OF COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERS & GUEST LECTURE ON DATABASES AND ITS ADVANCEMENTS

   In AAA College of Engineering and Technology, Sivakasi, the Department of Computer Science and Engineering inaugurated “ASSOCIATION OF COMPUTER SCIENCE ENGINEERS” and organized “Guest Lecture on Databases and its advancements” on 06.10.2018. The function started with a prayer song. Mr. M. Hareesh Kumar., Final Year of Computer Science and Engineering Department welcomed the gathering. Dr.M.Sekar, Principal gave the felicitation address and released the association logo. Principal insisted the importance of innovation and student participation in various Technical activities & Skill Development in Engineering. Dr. J. Sutha, Professor and Head, of Computer Science and Engineering announced the association executive members and the association plan. Ms. M. Bala Meenakshi of Final year CSE, introduced the Chief Guests: Mr. S. Mohamed Anis, Senior Engineer.  Dr. M. Sekar, Principal, presented a memento as a token of love and affection to our Chief guests. The Chief Guest briefed the employment opportunities in the field of Information Technology and current trends in IT industry. He addresses the importance and challenges of Databases in IT field. The Guest Lecture was attended by 122 Students from Second, Third and Final year of Computer Science and Engineering Department. The programme was well organised by our Secretary Dr.P.Karvannan., Correspondent Dr.P.Ganesan., Joint Secretary Er.K.Vignesh Kumar., Principal Dr.M.Sekar and by the Faculty members of CSE. The association coordinators Mrs.R.M.Rajeswari, AP/CSE and Ms.M.Jeyanthi, AP/CSE arranged and conducted the inaugural function in successful way. Mr. J. Aheesh, third year student of CSE delivered the vote of thanks.  Finally the programme was ended with national anthem.
