The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering inaugurated Association for the academic year 2025–2026 on 13th August 2025. The ceremony was graced by Mr. John Ranjith Singh, Assistant General Manager, JK Fenner (India) Limited, Madurai, who presided as the Chief Guest and delivered the keynote address. The event commenced with the formal introduction of the Association’s new office bearers for the year, announced by Mr. R. Vinothkumar, AP / EEE. Following this, A Mrs. Maheswari, AP / EEE presented the list of events and activities planned for the upcoming months, aimed at fostering technical and professional development among students. In his presidential address, Dr. C. Senthil Kumar, Professor & Head / EEE, highlighted the significance of departmental associations in enhancing students’ academic knowledge, technical expertise, and overall skills. He encouraged students to participate enthusiastically in all technical events, workshops, and competitions organized under the Association.As part of the inauguration, the Chief Guest delivered an insightful lecture on “Industrial Automation”, focusing on modern industrial technologies, automation trends, and the wide range of career opportunities in the field. Students engaged in an interactive Q&A session, gaining valuable insights and clarifying their queries on industry practices and future prospects. The program concluded on a high note, leaving the students motivated and inspired to excel in their academic journey and prepare themselves for a successful professional career.
