The Women Empowerment Cell (WEC) of AAA College of Engineering and Technology organized an Health Awareness Program titled “Health Hacks for the Hustle” on 24.09.2025 from 3pm to 4.30pm at Thomas Alva Edison Hall, Cambridge Block, AAACET. The session was handled by Dr N.Ezhil, Assistant professor,Medical College, and Founder & Consultant of Ezhil Hospital, Virudhunagar.
She delivered an insightful and inspiring talk on mental health awareness, preventive measures for cancer, and the importance of early detection and regular health check-ups. She encouraged students to prioritize their well-being, maintain a balanced lifestyle, and seek timely medical advice. Dr. Ezhil shared practical tips for managing screen time and provided a Government toll-free helpline number for mental health support to help those struggling with digital addiction.
The programme was organized by Mrs.Jasmine Jayakodi,AP/CIVIL, and Mrs.Lalitha Tharani,AP/CSE with the support of Dr.N.Thenmoezhi, AP(SG)/ECE and all Women Empowerment Cell members.
