The Department of Science and Humanities organized a Motivational Talk for the First-Year Engineering Students (2025–2029 Batch). The programme, titled “Pathways to Success in Engineering Careers,” was held on August 20, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. in the Kamarajar Auditorium, Oxford Block. Mr. S. Chandrabose, AP/Mathematics, delivered the Welcome Address. Dr. K. Anand, Academic Coordinator, honoured the Chief Guest, Mr. J. S. Sugumar. Dr. Jansi, AP/Physics, introduced the Chief Guest. The programme was inaugurated by Mr. J. S. Sugumar, C.E.O., I-TECH Academy, Tirunelveli, and Industry–Institute Interactive Officer (Red Hat), Advantage Pro, Chennai, who delivered an inspiring motivational talk on “Pathways to Success in Engineering Careers.” The session provided valuable insights to the students, emphasizing the importance of career preparedness and the skills expected by companies. Students gained practical knowledge on how to advance in their careers and align themselves with industry needs. The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Dr. D. Pandeeswari, AP/English.
