The TENSAI Association of the Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, along with the Placement Cell at AAA College of Engineering and Technology, hosted a seminar on “AI Opportunity in IT & non-IT Platforms” on September 3, 2025. The Head of Department Dr. P. Devabalan shared the overview of how AI creates the impact in todays’ world. Followed by Training and Placement Officer Dr. G. Jayahari Prabhu shared his views about the placement in both IT and Non-IT Platforms. The first expert speaker, Ms. Jenifer M, an AAACET alumnus, discussed the importance of design thinking and creativity in AI projects. Following her, Mr. Muralitharan D, a Full Stack Developer, provided career guidance focused on continuous learning and placement readiness. Mr. Sathiyamoorthi S, also a Full Stack Developer, then demonstrated real-world applications of AI, bridging the gap between theory and practice. The final speaker, Ms. Viji M, showcased the interdisciplinary nature of AI by introducing “Educer,” an AI-powered yoga application, highlighting its use in health and wellness. The seminar effectively connected academic learning with industry insights, inspiring students to pursue innovative careers in both technical and non-technical fields.
